Smart Search has just improved to provide residents and visitors with a better way to find what they are looking for.

Click the 'Smart Search' Button on your home screen.

Utilizing the Smart Search feature, residents can search for what is happening that's important to them in natural language.

See an overview in map and card form of the results. Click on any event card to see additional details about the selected event.

Clicking the button takes the user to the detailed event page.

Guests will be limited to 3 searches per hour before they are prompted to sign in. People signed in will have a limit of 10 searches per hour. If you're interested in changing these settings, contact your Customer Success Manager.

Admins on your dashboard can see details. On your dashboaard on the right side click AI and then AI Search Analytics.

View for specific time periods of user data including how many users, searches and average amount of searches.

See the amount of users using smart search, categories of their search, which searches returned zero results, and exact queries.
