This tutorial shows you how to customize images that do not fit the native calendar ratios. You will learn to adjust and enhance images for better visual presentation in your calendar events.

1. Explain Image Ratio Issue
Sometimes, while adding a new event to your calendar, there is a pre-existing graphic that does not fit the ratios that are on the calendar natively.
2. Show Recommended Cover Size
This is the recommended size for the cover image in the event; Also known as a hero or Banner image.
3. Describe Thumbnail Image Size
This is the size of the image for the thumbnail whenever you're looking at the calendar overview.
4. Explain Calendar Widget Image
On the calendar widget page, this will be the image shown with the event details below. Click on it, in order to see the full details with this hero image at the top of the page.
5. Upload Image From Device
First, you'll go to add content media. Upload from device. And choose the image.
6. Position Image Center Stage
Place the image in the center stage and expand it so that it fits top to bottom.
7. Duplicate And Enlarge Image
Take the image and duplicate it using CtrL+C, CTRL+V or right click duplicate. Make the image very large- to fill the screen
8. Fill Entire Screen With Image
9. Send Large Image To Back
Drag it to the back layer. And now we are going to create a blur.
10. Apply Blur Effect
Go to adjust. Blur. And drag it effect level up.
11. Adjust Blur Intensity
If you go too high with the transparent background, it will start to be transparent at the edges.
12. Confirm Thumbnail Customization
Around 50% tends to be a good mark. Now you have a thumbnail customized.
