✏️ How to Edit an Existing Event
Need to make changes to an event you’ve already created? You can update the title, time, location, image, or any other event detail — even after it’s published.
Here’s how:
🧭 Step One – Log In
Make sure you're logged in with admin permissions or using the same account that originally created the event.
📅 Step Two – Find the Event
From the main calendar page, locate the event you want to edit and click on it to open the event page.
🛠 Step Three – Click the Edit Button
On the event page, click the Edit button (✏️ pencil icon) to open the event form.
🖊 Step Four – Make Your Changes
You can update:
Event title
Date & time
Location (in-person, virtual, or hybrid)
Description
Image
Categories & tags
Registration settings (if enabled)
And other available settings based on your hub's configuration
🔁 If this is a recurring event, you'll be asked whether to update just this instance or the entire series.
💾 Step Five – Save
Click Save to apply your changes.
Updates will go live immediately (or return to pending approval if required by your hub).
