Go to your Org Dashboard prm.withapps.io and sign in with your admin credentials.

3. Past Newsletters
Here, you'll be able to see any past newsletters that are created.

5. Open Date Range Selector
Choose your start and end dates.
6. Open End Date Picker
7. Select All Communities
Next, from the dropdown menu choose your community also known as your Hub.
8. Toggle Category Filter On
If you want to populate only events in that time period with certain tags, you can do that here. Toggle the option on.
9. Select Tags
Up to four tags can be selected at once. For example, Civic engagement, council, volunteer and meetings.

Choose a title that will make it easy for staff to identify

Add a title that is visible to users
12. Customize
Customize your colors, fonts and date format
13. Click Generate Newsletter
Finally, you can generate the newsletter to preview your results.
14. Click Save Newsletter
Copy the newsletter to paste into your email and hit save.
15. Open Newsletter Options
Click on the three dots to revisit your creation.
16. Select Newsletter Entry
If you need to copy the code again or preview, click see newsletter.
17. Click Copy Newsletter URL
Copy URL to see a full preview. Or send this link as a short URL direct to users.

All events are clickable and send the user directly to the event listing.
You have successfully created a custom newsletter calendar featuring live events. The newsletter is configured with your chosen date range, community, categories, and appearance settings, and the URL is ready for sharing or embedding.
