1. Start by Adding an event
Start by adding a new event with all of your typical details.
2. Tickets vs. Registration
You can either collect registrations for an event, or tickets. In this example, we set up two paid tickets.
3. Set Ticket Sales Start Date
In this example, our event is March 30 and we want to allow registration to begin able to begin March 1.
4. Schedule Auto-Publish Date
Next, we want to delay the publishing date to February. Select your date and time.
5. Configure Registration and Draft Settings
This setting will allow the event to go live and tickets to go on sale on different dates. Leave Enable Registration on and Save as Draft off.
6. Save and Publish Event
Finish creating your event by publishing or adding registration questions.
7. Review Event Preview and Scheduled Area
Now you can see your event preview and make edits if needed.
8. Access Waiting for Publish Section
Back on your homepage hub, you'll notice a new area looking at events that are scheduled. Click Waiting for Publish to view events scheduled to go live.
9. Complete Tutorial Confirmation
This is only visible to admins.
You have successfully scheduled an event with specific publish and sales dates.
