1. Introduce Scheduling Notifications

2. Access Event Notification Settings
Go to the event that you want to schedule notifications for. Click the bell settings icon.
3. View Pre-Populated Notification Times
You'll see a pre-population of times.
4. Customize Notification Labels
When clicking on the labels on the side, you'll be customizing that field.
5. Select Notification Timing
Select the timing option for one week before the event.
6. Schedule Email And Text Alerts
One week before the event, we want to send an email and a text message.
7. View Email Group Name Token
Email, group name is coming up.
8. Select And Add Tokens
You can select the tokens and add them to customize the messages.
9. Choose Email Reminder Message
Select the email reminder message template to customize.
10. Review Email Reminder Example
Hi username, just a quick reminder the group name is happening soon. Here is your link to your tickets.
11. Switch To SMS Notifications
Switch to the SMS notification tab to customize text alerts.
12. Review Text Message Reminder Content

13. Set One Day Before Text Reminder
One day before event. Let's only send a text message.
14. Select Notification Timing Option
Select the notification timing option for one day before the event.

Reminder, event is coming up. Just a reminder, it's happening tomorrow.
16. Choose Personalized Text Reminder
Select the personalized text reminder message template to customize.
17. Change Tokens And Personalization
Change the tokens. I use your first name. Starts tomorrow. Look forward to seeing you there.
18. Save Notification Settings
Now you have your settings all created. Save notification settings.
19. Check Notification Status And Delivery
This means that they are waiting to go out and be delivered. You can see that your reminders are active.
20. Cancel All Active Reminders
Should something happen that you need to cancel all active reminders, click Cancel all scheduled notifications.
21. Edit Or Remove Notifications
You'll notice it no longer says Waiting. You can remove or change when you want the events to go out.
22. Preview Notification Messages
You can also preview your messages. Emails will generate the header of your hub.
