📥 How Leaders Can Download Their List of Registrants

As a leader, you can manage event registrants directly on the community hub — including downloading a full participant list, if this option was enabled by your city admin.


🧭 Step One – Log In to Your Account

Log in using the same account you used to create the event.


🔍 Step Two – Find Your Event

Locate your event by scrolling the homepage or using the search bar.


👥 Step Three – Open the Registrants List

On the event page, click the “Registrants List” button to view everyone who signed up.


🛠️ Step Four – Manage the List

Once inside the list, you can take several actions depending on your hub’s settings:

  • Check attendance

  • ✉️ Send messages to participants

  • 🗒️ Write internal notes

  • See responses to registration questions

  • Remove participants

⚙️ Available actions depend on your community’s setup. If you'd like to enable more tools, your admin can reach out to your Customer Success Manager.


📤 Step Five – Export the List

Click the “Export” button to download the full registrants list as a CSV file (Excel-compatible).

🔐 Note for Admins:
To allow leaders to export, make sure to enable the “Leader Excel Permission” under General Settings when approving the event.


📱 Tip: Use the Leaders App

Another great option for leaders who prefer to manage their attendance list on the go is the Leaders App.
There, you can easily find your event, scan tickets, and see live updates as people register.
It’s the easiest way to stay on top of your event.
