📢 How to Send On-Demand Messages for a Specific Event

Need to share an update, reminder, or last-minute change with attendees of a specific event? You can easily send a personalized message to all registrants directly from the backend system (PRM) with just a few clicks.

Here’s how:


🧭 Step One – Log into the PRM

Head to the PRM platform and sign in with your admin credentials.


📅 Step Two – Find the Event

Click on the "All Events" tab and select the event you want to message (e.g., "Sustainability Fair at The Community College").


👥 Step Three – View Registrants

You’ll land on the event’s page with the full list of registrants.


🔍 Step Four – Filter Your Audience

Filter the list to include only relevant participants (e.g., active attendees who haven’t canceled). Use any filter that suits your need.


✅ Step Five – Select Recipients

Scroll to the left of the list and select the registrants you want to message.


✉️ Step Six – Click “Send Message”

A bar will appear at the bottom of the page. Click on “Send Message.”


💬 Step Seven – Choose Your Message Type

You’ll have two options:

Option 1: Send Instant Message

  • Select the platform (e.g., text message or email).

  • Craft your message.

  • Use Data Tokens like {First Name} to personalize the message.

  • Preview the message.

  • Click Send to deliver it to your selected recipients.

Option 2: Send Template Message

  • Choose your platform.

  • Select a message template from your organization’s saved list.

  • Preview the message.

  • Click Send to notify all selected recipients.


And that’s it! Your message will be sent immediately to the chosen registrants.
