🛎️ How to Set Up Automated Trigger-Based Messages

Want to keep everyone in the loop—without sending messages manually? Set up automated messages triggered by actions like event creation or registration, and notify the right people — whether it’s the registrant, the event organizer, or your admin team. Here’s how!

🧭 Step One – Go to the PRM

Log in to the PRM (backend) with your admin account.

⚙️ Step Two – Go to Notification Settings

Click on the "Notifications Settings" tab to access and manage automated messages.

🔍 Step Three – Find the Relevant Message

You’ll see a list of preconfigured messages for different actions and audiences. For example:

  • Send confirmation to residents when they register for an event

  • Notify admins when someone creates a new event pending approval

✅ Step Four – Turn On a Message

If the message template looks good, you can activate it directly from the main screen or from its individual page.

✏️ Step Five – Customize a Message (Optional)

If you want to personalize the message:

  1. Click "New Template"

  2. Choose Email, SMS, or both

  3. Add your message content using tokens (e.g. event name, resident name)

  4. Click OK

  5. Repeat for the other platform if needed

  6. Click “Save Template & Set as Default”

💡 Tip: If you edit an existing message template, it’s not enough to click “Save” in the editing screen. You must also click "Save Template & Set as Default" to ensure your changes are applied.
