🗂️ How to Save an Event in Draft Mode

Want to work on an event without publishing it right away? Use draft mode to save your progress and come back to finish or publish it later.

Here’s how:

🧭 Step One – Log In

Go to your community hub and log in with your admin account.

➕ Step Two – Create or Edit an Event

  • Click the “+” button to create a new event, or

  • Open an existing event and click Edit.

⚙️ Step Three – Go to the General Settings Tab

Inside the event form, navigate to the General Settings section.

🗂 Step Four – Choose Draft or Public Mode

In General Settings, toggle the “Save as Draft” option:

  • ON — to keep the event in draft mode

  • OFF — to make the event public

💾 Step Five – Click “Save and Publish”

After setting the draft mode, click Save and Publish.
Your event will now be saved according to your selection.

✅ Step Six – How to Confirm It’s a Draft

  • On the event page, you’ll see a label indicating that draft mode is ON.

  • On the hub’s main page, a small lock icon will show that the event is still a draft.
